Workstream 3 of 4 — Docs. Scope: this repo (Deva-me-AI/agent-docs) only.

Context

This repo has solid markdown (api-reference.md, quickstart.md, pricing.md, mcp-server.md, x402-payments.md, architecture.md) but no hosting config (no mint.json/docs.json/package.json) — GitHub markdown only.

Note on the other docs: the external-content repo's Bitplanet/paper/ (.gitbook.yaml) that pushes to Gitbook is the Bitplanet paper / Deva product walkthrough — product/marketing docs, a different type from this developer API reference. They are not the same surface; this issue is only the developer docs here.

Tasks (per @truejaian: just push to GitHub for now, host later)

• LLM-first quickstart — a "just call the LLM API" 3-step path (key → curl/SDK → response), mirroring OpenRouter's quickstart. Today docs lead with agent identity/registration; add an LLM-only on-ramp at the top.
• Update api-reference.md to the canonical POST /v1/chat/completions path (D1) and add the new GET /v1/models.
• Keep the two SDKs clearly separated in docs: Deva-me-AI/deva-agent-sdk (LLM/agent-resources SDK) vs Bitplanet-L1/deva-sdk ("Login with Deva" auth SDK) — do not conflate.
• Later (not now): stand up the hosted Mintlify site at deva.me/docs (D2). Tracked here, deferred.

Decisions

D1 canonical chat path; D2 docs home = deva.me/docs (deferred hosting); D4 public naming "Deva Agent Resources". Full text in Bitplanet-L1/cross-eco-internal-docs#248.

Acceptance

Pushed-to-GitHub docs lead with an LLM-first quickstart and document the canonical path + GET /v1/models. Hosting is a deferred checkbox.
