Review list and average rating endpoints

Description:

GET /api/v1/users/:username/reviews — list reviews for an artist.

Tasks:

• Paginated review list with sorting (recent, highest, lowest)
• Average rating and distribution summary
• Include review author identity (avatar, name)
• Filter out reported reviews pending moderation

Acceptance Criteria:

• Reviews paginated correctly
• Average rating accurate and cached
• Reported reviews hidden until moderated
