Message sending endpoint

Description:

POST /api/v1/threads/:id/messages — send a message.

Tasks:

• Validate body (non-empty, max length)
• Verify sender is a thread participant
• Create message and update thread timestamp
• Notify other participants via notification

Acceptance Criteria:

• Only participants can send messages
• Message stored with correct sender
• Other participants notified

• Add integration test suites for standard invocations and boundary/error conditions.

• Implementation: Build out the handlers for Message sending endpoint ensuring proper HTTP status codes and error propagation.
