Description:

Track message read status.

Tasks:

• PATCH /api/v1/threads/:id/read — mark all messages as read
• Update readAt timestamp for unread messages
• Return unread count after marking

Acceptance Criteria:

• Only own messages marked as read
• readAt timestamp set correctly
• Unread count reflects change
