Three small changes

Really these should be separate PRs but they are so small I've combined them.

• Run 3D classification with a 25000 batch
• Send pixel size from imod tomo align to denoising, artificially set if it is too large for membrain-seg to handle
• Sleep the ispyb buffer to allow time for database to catch up
