FluxDown is a free and open-source multi-protocol download manager. On Linux it ships as AppImage, .deb, Arch .pkg.tar.zst and a portable tarball.

The engine is Rust + Tokio and it handles HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, BitTorrent, eD2K, HLS and DASH, with IDM-style dynamic segmentation and resumable downloads backed by SQLite.

Added in alphabetical order between Flareget and Free Download Manager, with the OSS icon linking to the source.

This is the start of a series of commits that will try to refresh the
list from some old/archived apps, as well as update many urls across the
board.
