No dedicated integration tests/ folder distinct from inline unit tests

Tests for payment_escrow/revenue_distribution appear to live inline in lib.rs as unit tests; there's no separate tests/ directory for integration-style tests that exercise the contract through its public WASM interface end-to-end. Add one.
