BizType/BusinessType에vat_exempt(면세사업자) 추가tax_exempt_type(면세구분·공채할인, 다른 개념)과 겹치지 않게vat_exempt로 명명shared/pricing/vat-refund.ts)의 환급 불가 목록에 추가 → 서버 계산·화면 실시간 견적·견적서 PDF(「해당 없음」)가 같은 판정을 따름isIndividualBenefit()로 모아 면세사업자 포함 (quote-calc · liveQuote · calcPrice)DB
스키마 변경 없음 — 사업자 구분은 견적 입력 스냅샷(JSON) 문자열. 기존 견적·계약 영향 없음.
