Summary

add the read-only codelift doctor command and schema
expose the codelift-cli/core public API
harden CI and tag-only npm release automation
add beta documentation, Studio screenshot, and contribution templates
remove source maps and validate the installed release tarball

Verification

pnpm build
pnpm test:e2e (2 passed)
pnpm audit --prod
real npm tarball install, CLI/core API smoke, and packaged Studio HTTP smoke
source fixtures unchanged
