What changed

• Add a packed CLI smoke test that analyzes, plans, exports, installs, builds, and smoke-tests the Node and React fixtures in isolated temporary directories.
• Fail when any verification check is not passed or either source fixture changes.
• Run the scenario as a required CI job and during release preflight.
• Document the local pnpm build / pnpm test:export-smoke workflow.
