…nnex (EKU-1100) - products/governance: dated section with the board-approved EKU-1028 disclosure copy verbatim (sha256 96370721...), linked to the annex; scope the "Cross-chain deployments" and "Periphery ownership" bullets so they no longer imply DAO ownership on every chain - reference/contracts/peripheral-ownership: new annex page (33 transfers, 11 owner proxies, 6 company-owned contracts, snapshot blocks), every value checked on-chain - evm-v3 + contracts index + nav: link the annex from the deployments reference Annex deviation flagged for review: three transfer block numbers corrected to the on-chain receipts (OP rows 10/11, Ink row 25).

The residual company authority and the unexercised-messaging statement sit in the same section as the ownership claim. Followed by one link sentence to the annex.reference/contracts/peripheral-ownership(new, in nav under Contract addresses) — the CTO public annex: 33 transfers, 11 owner proxies (6 new, with deployment txs), 6 company-owned contracts with owner powers, 13 snapshot blocks. Tables reformatted by Prettier only; explorer links added for the L1 StarknetOwnerProxy (Etherscan) and Governor (Voyager), as elsewhere in the docs.reference/contracts/evm-v3+ contracts index — short paragraph on the managers'ownerrole, noting BNB/Monad remain company-owned, linking to the annex and the update.⚠ Deviation from the approved annex — needs CTO/board acknowledgement
Three block numbers in the approved annex do not match the chain. The page publishes the on-chain values:
