Board-requested placement correction — EKU-964
Move the CSO-cleared fee-crediting paragraph verbatim from the general Extensions page into the existing MEV capture section on Trading, as requested by the board comment on EKU-964 (2026-10-11). Point the liquidity bullet to its new anchor.
Only three Markdown pages change. No contract/table/whitepaper edits, new page paths, workflow, configuration, manual deployment or API/schema changes. Preserve normal GitHub-connected Pages publication.
Verification: paragraph equality against published source; Astro check (zero diagnostics), build, links (50 HTML files), legacy (346 variants), a11y (98 combinations; no violations, 44 automated needs-review items), overflow (294 combinations), theme and API pass. ESLint passes excluding harness-embedded
.paperclip-repositories/**; three-file Prettier passes. No UI code changes. Generated API/schema outputs are excluded.Acceptance: no disclosure heading/body on Extensions; unchanged paragraph under Trading > MEV capture; working liquidity pointer. CTO performs fresh gated preflight, waits for existing CI/Pages publication and verifies all three public pages. Rollback is a reviewed revert through the same gated CI path.
