This pull request updates the data model and repository logic for channel routing and fee state to support multiple managed nodes per channel. Instead of a single row per channel, the system now maintains separate state rows for each (channel, managed node) pair, reflecting the fact that each node has its own view and policy for a shared channel. The changes include schema updates, model and repository adjustments, and updates to background jobs to support the new structure.
