Translate 153 new strings introduced in v9.1.4 - v9.1.6.

Overview of translated areas:

  • Bags & Bank: Stack Splitter, Auto Split, Bank Category Sidebar, expansion nesting, and empty slot controls.
  • Cooldown Manager: Out-of-combat glow suppression, Glow at Stacks comparison operators (Above (>), At Least (>=), Exactly (=), At Most (<=), Below (<)), stack text options, and the Liquid Luster potion preset.
  • Debuff Filters & Auras: Less Common Filters (Cast By You, From Any Player, Can Apply Aura), dispel types, and max duration limit settings.
  • Visibility & Overrides: Out of combat, Not Skyriding (Airborne), In Vehicle, Resting conditions, and spec override lock hints.
  • Quality of Life & Blizzard Skin: Cursor center reticle, Sated / Exhaustion ready text and icons, Friend Notifications BNet toast skin, and queue accept timer styles.
  • Quickdraw & Damage Meters: Outfits preset for action menus, Show/Hide Windows keybind, and combat timer / spell history options.
  • Warlock Demon Reminder: Wrong Demon reminder and allowed demons list.
  • What's New: Recent update cards and release notes for v9.1.4 through v9.1.6.

Verification:

  • Validated with luac -p (syntax OK).
  • No duplicate keys or mismatched placeholders.
  • Verified against .tools/extract-locale-keys.sh (static key count unchanged).
