Security Policy

Reporting a vulnerability

Email support@enterprisevpssolutions.com with the subject line SECURITY — <product>. Please include:

  • the affected product and version,
  • a description of the issue and its impact,
  • reproduction steps or a proof of concept,
  • any suggested remediation.

Do not open a public GitHub issue for a security report, and do not disclose the issue publicly until we have confirmed a fix and coordinated a disclosure timeline.

What to expect

  • Acknowledgement of your report within a few business days.
  • An assessment of severity and an initial remediation plan.
  • Credit in the release notes if you would like it (optional).

Scope

Commercial WHMCS modules and tooling published or distributed by Enterprise VPS Solutions LLC. Third-party dependencies should be reported to their respective maintainers; we will help coordinate where our products are affected.
