The reasons why I make this PR:

Folia scheduler codebase is already merged into paper api (will redirect to BukkitScheduler when using paper)
Reflections is bad
You shouldn't only listen to the brand name Folia, there're also forks of Folia, like DeerFolia, Canvas, Lophine, Arbor and more are based on Folia
