docs: state the npm aliases as registered and republishing - #1196

Every alias's trusted publisher is registered against this repository and workflow, and the 2026-09-10 backfill run republished all eleven at their packages' current versions (registry-confirmed). The frozen-alias sections in each carrying package's README and the root README's one-user-action-remaining paragraph now say so, replacing the stranded wording with the registration evidence.

Follow-through on the registrations: every alias's trusted publisher is now registered, and the 2026-09-10 backfill run (34449796133) republished all eleven aliases at their packages' current versions, registry-confirmed. The frozen-alias sections in each carrying package's README (documents.js, byte-codec, pdf-codec, markdown-codec, document-schema.js) and the root README's one-user-action-remaining paragraph now state the registered reality with the evidence, replacing the stranded wording. The individual issues (#727-#731, #770) each carry the leg-level evidence as comments.
