Updates mapping files for LCIA methods to implement new biogenic flows (carbon dioxide, methane, and carbon monoxide).

Default effective GWP by FEDEFL target × major context (same outcome on all five methods):
Adaptations to the standard flow mappings are required for source methods that don't include biogenic flows of all the necessary contexts in the source data explicitly. Documented and implemented in
