What is this?

project-agent-bootstrap is a security-first skill for building, modernizing, or auditing a project-specific intelligent bot with Feishu/Lark and Codex.

It covers the full lifecycle: requirements intake, secure scaffolding, read-only data/code/log tools, topic-level sessions, reliability controls, validation, and deployment preparation.
