Adjusted the site description and added a CTA text to the internationalized Open Graph images. Added a years of experience helper to src/data/experience.ts.
Refactored LangSwitch.astro so clicking it always change to the other available locale.
Fixed an issue with the --default-dark-bg-tertiary color token, where an opacity value resulted on bad contrast on some scenarios.
Improved the position of the dropdown navigation menu button within the header, on mobile views. Also prevented the home page navigating back to itself, when the user is already on the home page.
Set version 3.0.1 for the next release.
