Service base URLs, setting defaults, the action example and the README now use the fizzl.eu subdomains. The signed receipt fixture in the tests keeps its original URL because it is part of the signed data. The services moved to fizzl.eu subdomains.
src/services.ts: the base URLs for ichimoku, plaintext, doctor and presign are now the fizzl.eu hosts.package.json: the setting defaults use the same hosts; version 0.10.1.test/actions.test.mjskeeps its original URL, because that URL is part of the signed data.Build and tests: 41/41 pass.
After merging, publish by pushing tag
