Adds the experimentation surface that the SDK spec v0.6.0 requires:

- `Flag.variant` and `Flag.experiment`, from the `variant` and
`metadata.experiment` that Flagsmith returns on identity flags.
- An events pipeline, off by default (`enableEvents`). It batches events to
  `{eventsBaseURL}v1/events` every `eventsFlushPeriod` seconds, when 1000
events are buffered, or on `flushEvents()`. Exposures are deduplicated
within a batch, and a failed batch is retried once, then dropped.
- `trackEvent`, `trackExposureEvent` and `getExperimentFlag`. When the
identity is enrolled in a running experiment on the feature,
`getExperimentFlag` records a `$flag_exposure` with the variant served.

Wires the spec's new steps in `sdk-spec/steps.swift`. The Swift harness only
has `step` overloads for up to four parameters, so the steps file adds one for
the five-parameter track steps.

Spec v0.6.0 adds @events scenarios for getExperimentFlag, trackEvent and trackExposureEvent, plus the Create the SDK client with events enabled step. The iOS SDK had no event tracking, so CI went red with "The SDK does not implement the step". 4819445 implements the feature in the SDK and wires up the steps.

Changes

  • Flags expose the variant served to the identity (Flag.variant) and the running experiment it was evaluated under (Flag.experiment). Both come from identity flag responses.
  • An events pipeline, off by default (enableEvents, eventsBaseURL, eventsFlushPeriod). It sends batches to {eventsBaseURL}v1/events on a timer, when the buffer is full, or on flushEvents(). Exposures are deduplicated within a batch. A failed batch is retried once and then dropped. The wire format matches the JS, Flutter and Python SDKs.
  • trackEvent (names starting with $ are rejected), trackExposureEvent, and getExperimentFlag. getExperimentFlag records a $flag_exposure with the identity's traits only when the flag is enabled and the identity is enrolled in a running experiment with a variant.
  • Unit tests for flag decoding, the events request, batching, dedupe, the timer and full-buffer triggers, retry-then-drop, disabled events, and exposure gating.

Note on the harness: the v0.6.0 Swift harness only has step overloads for up to four parameters. The track steps take the client plus four arguments, so they would not compile. sdk-spec/steps.swift therefore adds a public five-parameter step overload. It decodes each argument in the same way the harness does, and it only dispatches to the real SDK calls. Adding that overload to harness/swift/Sources/Harness/Step.swift in Flagsmith/sdk-spec would let this shim be removed.

Verified locally: all 7 spec scenarios pass against the spec's compose stack (7/7 steps implemented). The new and touched unit tests pass (22/22, Linux, Swift 6.1). SwiftLint reports 0 serious violations.

Review effort: 3/5
