Incorrect usage date ranges with long billing terms

Using Current Billing a customer received usage data from September 2024 to today while it is supposed to be amortized monthly.

Current billing term starts at: Sept. XX, 2024, HH:mm a.m.
Current billing term ends at: April YY, 2026, midnight

For a full reproduction, it would be better to use a now=same month as term starts
