fix: backport fixes from the Yis-company fork — v0.13.1 - #51
Conversation
…efreshed (#1) …efreshed `auth login` and `setup` saved the CLI session without `expiresAt`, so `isSessionExpired` always returned false. The CLI never took its refresh or re-login path and kept sending the stale access token. Login now returns the access token's `validUntil` in `LoginResult`, and both commands store it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 33cb73b)
Export part downloads used bare `fetch` with no timeout and no retry. A stalled connection hung the export, and one 5xx, 429 or dropped connection failed the whole run after the export had already been built. Both export workflows now download parts through `downloadWithRetry`. It applies a per-attempt timeout (`downloadTimeoutMs`, default 120 s) and retries under the default retry policy: retryable statuses with backoff, 429 honouring Retry-After, and thrown network or timeout errors. Presigned part URLs are plain idempotent GETs, so retrying them is safe. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit def8ce6)
…HWM (#4) The incremental export resumes each window from permanentStorageHwmDate but never sent restrictToPermanentStorageHwmDate. KSeF therefore did not cap the range at the HWM, and invoices stored past it were exported again on the next run. The default filters, which the export-incremental CLI also uses, now set the flag as the KSeF docs require for the HWM mechanism (CIRFMF/ksef-api, przyrostowe-pobieranie-faktur.md). E2E 23 now waits for the sent invoices to fall below the HWM. It polls slowly because the metadata query allows 20 calls per hour. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 879ae35)
…600 (#5) `auth login` used a token from ~/.ksef/credentials.json even when --cert/--key or --p12 were passed, so certificate login was silently skipped. A stored token is now only a fallback when no credential flag is given. `cert generate` wrote key.pem with the default umask, typically 0644. The private key is now written with mode 0600 and chmod-ed after writing, so the mode also applies when --force overwrites an existing file. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 4e7ce37)
…ng (#13) `exportAndDownload({ extract: true })` joined the decrypted parts and handed the result to unzip or untar. When an export window has no invoices, the package has no parts (or only empty ones), so the buffer was empty. unzip then threw "End of central directory record signature not found", and untar threw "unexpected end of file". The ZhongXin KSeF import hit this against KSeF TEST. An empty archive buffer now returns the export result with an empty file map. The package fields (invoice count, HWM dates) are still returned. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit a380bb3)
…xx (#3) A POST that timed out or lost its connection (AbortError, ECONNRESET, ETIMEDOUT) may already have been processed by KSeF. Retrying it could open a second session, generate a second token, or turn an accepted invoice into a duplicate-invoice error. Non-idempotent requests are now retried after a thrown error only when the connection was never established (ECONNREFUSED, UND_ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT). 429 and 5xx handling and idempotent methods are unchanged. A 500, 502, 503 or 504 can arrive after KSeF has already processed the request, so retrying a non-idempotent POST risks the same repeated side effects as retrying after a timeout. POST and PATCH are now retried only on 429, where the server rejected the request, and on errors raised before the connection was established. The upstream test asserting a POST retry on 503 now asserts the opposite for every 5xx. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com> (cherry picked from commit 00e4df1)
The previous commit stopped retrying every POST after a timeout, a dropped connection or a 5xx. KSeF sends many pure reads as POST because they carry a filter body (invoice metadata, permission, certificate and collective identifier queries), and those lost their retries too. RestRequest gains a retrySafe() marker; marked requests are retried like a GET. The auth challenge and access-token refresh are marked as well. Requests that create or change something stay retried on 429 and never-sent errors only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to The release has a bounded download cleanup issue: failed export-part requests can retain connections. Cancel failed response bodies before throwing; otherwise the supplied evidence supports mergeability with owner awareness. Security Architecture ReviewSecurity architecture risk: 🟡 Moderate · up to The changes reduce unsafe request replay and improve private-key protection. However, expiry recovery can replace an explicitly selected certificate identity with a previously stored token and configured organization context. Subsequent commands may therefore execute under credentials other than those selected at login. Retained concerns

Per CodeRabbit PR review on #51: downloadWithRetry cancelled the response body only on the retry path. A 4xx, or a 5xx after the last attempt, threw with the body unread, so undici kept the connection busy until garbage collection. The body is now cancelled once before the retry decision. Verified with a new unit test (404 response): it fails before the change and passes after. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Bug fixes picked from the Yis-company fork by @ybtam (cherry-picked with

auth loginandsetupnow storeexpiresAt, so the CLI refreshes or re-logs in instead of sending a stale access token.downloadTimeoutMs, default 120 s) and retries on 5xx / 429 / network errors instead of a barefetch.restrictToPermanentStorageHwmDate: true, so windows stay adjacent and invoices are not exported twice. E2E 23 now waits for invoices to fall below the HWM.--cert/--key/--p12win over a stored token;key.pemis written with mode 0600.exportAndDownload({ extract: true })returns an empty file map instead of crashing in unzip/untar.Follow-up to #3
KSeF exposes many pure reads as POST (they carry a filter body). Taken as-is, #3 would have dropped their retries on timeouts and 5xx.
RestRequest.retrySafe()marks such requests so they are retried like a GET: invoice metadata query, the 7 permission queries, certificate retrieve/query, collective-identifier queries, auth challenge and access-token refresh. Everything that creates or changes something (send invoice, open session, start export, generate token, grants, enroll/revoke, auth submit, token redeem) stays on the strict rule. A table-driven unit test pins which requests are marked.Other
