…#113) docs/product/metrics.md names five signals derived from the brief and the proposal §7, each with target (set at kickoff), source, reading cadence and whether it is measurable today; read-only SQL per signal, run per company in the tenant context. Linked from the roadmap (M2), the evidence page and the README. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0117LRiQKt8ycJEHW7vxLWG3
…rrections (#121 review) S3 queries now join app.requests and filter source = 'upload' like the others and report requests next to failure events; S1 ignores corrections that keep the value; S5 names the requests it cannot include; the M2 walk on the showcase drops the source filter. Fresh review (independent subagent, read-only) – result and how it was handled Verdict: changes needed (1 blocking, 5 nits). All four acceptance criteria were met; schema, audit actions, D7/D9 claims and anchors were checked.
Re-verified locally with added edge cases (sample request with an export failure and a double export, a repeated failure, a correction that keeps the value): S1 Generated by Claude Code |

Warum
Fixes #113 · Lücke aus dem Add-on-Audit #65 (Checkliste Kundenauftrag #16: „Erfolgsmessung ab Beta (
docs/product/metrics.md)“).
