correctly recognize MIME type text/org-mode

Feature description

emacs org-mode is MIME type text/org-mode. It's also just plaintext.

Recognize somefile.org as plaintext and open it.

Bonus points for parsing it for syntax highlighting. Parsers are available for numerous languages.

Why do you want this feature?

An application claiming to read and write plaintext should be able to read and write plaintext.

org (typst, tex, adoc, rst, and others) is just plaintext. Leave the fancy processing to other applications, but at least open the files for display and editing.
