Submitting two new starter projects. One where you're able to switch between controlling a 3D character and driving vehicles, and the other where you're able to switch perspectives between the player in an office, and cameras throughout the building.

Added gameplay tests to the starter project, and fixed two issues: -The creatures were being set to a position that didn't exist if the door was closed in front of them. -The power display showed the correct usage, but the power wasn't being reduced by that amount.
Previous tests failed, so rerunning tests.
