main is red at 5d67ee7: Content Validation fails, and 2 unit tests fail with 136 !== 135.

Cause: #122 (INC-135) and #109 (INC-136) each added an incident and regenerated the counts from their own base. Git merged them without a textual conflict, so data/incidents.json holds 136 records while every generated total still reads 135. Both records were already in docs/incidents.js; only the totals were stale.

Change: the output of generate.js + npm run stats + render-stats.mjs, with no hand edits. Three lines:

  • README.md stats marker
  • data/stats.json incidents.total
  • docs/incidents.js header comment

Verified locally on this head:

  • validate: 0 errors / 87 warnings / 328 passed
  • stats:check current
  • unit tests 89/89, twice
  • a second generate.js run produces no drift

Link check is also red on main, but it was already failing on 4e1d483 before #109 landed, so that's tracked separately.

…136)

#122 (INC-135) and #109 (INC-136) each added an incident and regenerated
the count from their own base, so main ended at 136 incidents with every
generated total reading 135. Content Validation and two unit tests failed
on 5d67ee7 ("136 !== 135").

Output of generate.js, npm run stats and render-stats.mjs; no hand edits.
Three lines: README stats marker, data/stats.json, docs/incidents.js header.
