A Worker startup exception made the production session prerequisite fail, blocking deployment of the merged OAuth scope fix in #317. This documents restoring a compatible working version before rerunning the normal workflow, handling Cloudflare secret-version error 10215, and the 2026-10-30 recovery evidence. The package migration rollback guide links to the procedure.

Production is restored. The exact one-line fix from #317 was applied to the downloaded production bundle through the documented Worker upload API; all other bundle bytes, all 20 bindings, assets, runtime settings, and Durable Object migration tag were preserved. Corrected version: 1cfba848-c4cd-48fa-a8de-0b4ee5078096.

Validation:

  • Deployment-gate tests: 2 passed; git diff --check passed.
  • Live public routing/security/cache verifier passed; health/session and authenticated jobs returned HTTP 200.
  • Chromium home and sign-in pages rendered without page errors.
  • A 15-second Cloudflare tail sample captured 33 events with zero exceptions; the temporary tail was deleted.
  • The full CI validation suite passed on the first documentation commit. The final documentation update is running through CI.

The normal deployment workflow is being monitored at https://github.com/GenerationSoftware/factorize/actions/runs/40984395531 (attempt 3).

Repository changes are documentation only; no application or deployment gate behavior changes.
