Generated apps now depend on
mob ~> 0.9.26andmob_dev ~> 0.7.31; both are on Hex. The CHANGELOG has Changed and Upgrading entries, and is cut as 0.6.17.Release gate: reviewer subagent GateMobNew0617. Its CHANGELOG findings are fixed in d928dd6. It required rungs 4 and 5 on the published mob and mob_dev; those are running now, and this PR won't merge until they pass.
Local checks: rung 1 (format, credo --strict, compile --warnings-as-errors) is clean. Rung 3,
mix test --include integration, passes 535. Rung 6 was covered by the gate reviewer from the packed archive.
