Summary

• bump the gentle-pi package version to 3.1.1 under current Gentle Shell branding
• update the package-manifest release assertion to pin the same version

Verification

• node --experimental-strip-types --test tests/package-manifest.test.ts
• pnpm test — 2,622 passed, 0 failed, 38 skipped
• node scripts/verify-package-files.mjs
• npm pack --dry-run — produced gentle-pi-3.1.1.tgz metadata without publishing
• git diff --check
