About TIME_DIFFERENCE #5

After CICFlowmeter extraction. I get unlabeled csv.
But the timestamp in the csv is UTC+0 not the host timezone.
Can you help verify the correctness of {CICFlowMeter host timezone} - {New Brunswick, Canada timezone}?
