Promote IAP Agent Registry resources to GA

Key Modifications:

• Promote IAP resources: Introduce IAP Agent, MCP Server, and Endpoint resources to the GA provider.
• Add example templates: Add terraform example templates to fetch the parent agent registry data sources.
