Fixes #394. The default MJML image block still used
via.placeholder.com, which no longer loads reliably. This changes only that fallback URL and the documentedimagePlaceholderSrcdefault. The option remains configurable.Validation: the replacement URL returned HTTP 200 with
image/pngat 350×250;git diff --checkpassed. I did not run the full test suite for this two-URL change.Disclosure: I maintain Placeholder.photo, the replacement service. If the project prefers a repository-hosted image or another stable provider, I can adapt the patch.
