Fix bottom border radius corner order

Summary

• order the bottom border-radius properties according to the CSS shorthand
• add a regression test for the Style Manager configuration

Problem

The non-detached border-radius composite serializes its values in CSS shorthand order:

1. top-left
2. top-right
3. bottom-right
4. bottom-left

The last two Style Manager properties were configured as bottom-left and bottom-right. As a result, changing the bottom-left field affected the bottom-right corner and vice versa.
