Makes Hawk setup recognize and include hawk-mcpkit, handles gitfile-backed submodules, validates every Go module independently in CI, and removes a race from watchdog tests.\n\nChecks: full Hawk workspace tests pass; watchdog race suite passes 20 runs; boundary, lint, and vulnerability pre-push checks pass.\n\nUpstream companion PRs: GrayCodeAI/mux#107, GrayCodeAI/yaad#46, GrayCodeAI/inspect#33.
