Follow-up typed-schema batch.
Migrates BatchExec (enum + array items), Diagnostics (enum), CodeSearch, CodeMatch (enum + min/max), Outline (array items) to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T].
Verified locally: go vet, golangci-lint (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
