The canonical repository inventory listed only six of the nine directories in the graycode-eco workspace.

repo kind language
radius product typescript (pnpm workspace)
trace product go
trail product go

The manifest validator checks each entry's module against that repo's go.mod, so trace is recorded as github.com/GrayCodeAI/trace rather than a bare trace.

ecosystem-manifest.sh validate reports 9 repositories; check-ecosystem-boundaries.sh passes.

…entory

ecosystem.yaml is the canonical repository inventory that tooling consumes
instead of carrying its own repo-name list, but it listed only six of the nine
directories in the graycode-eco workspace.

radius is a pnpm workspace (typescript) and takes no part in rho's go.work,
so its `workspace` flag is false: the true value makes CI check it out as a Go
sibling and the module-hygiene job fails. trace and trail are Go modules; the
manifest validator checks each entry against that repo's go.mod, so trace is
recorded as github.com/GrayCodeAI/trace rather than a bare `trace`.

`ecosystem-manifest.sh validate` reports 9 repositories, `list workspace`
still reports rho and flux, and `check-ecosystem-boundaries.sh` passes.
