Add configurable player respawn points

Summary

• add a Sir Tiffy Cashien dialogue to choose Lumbridge, Falador, Camelot, or Edgeville as the player respawn point
• persist the selected respawn tile and use it for player death and Ring of Life teleports
• add dialogue coverage for the Edgeville selection

Hello, was this authentic back in 2011 or placeholder? I could not find any sources that indicates Sir Tiffy to change spawn point to Edgeville or Camelot. Falador and back to lumbridge was only ones that was in the list of things that Sir Tiffy could do after completion of Recruitment Drive.

Agreed, looks like Sir Tiffy is changing the respawn to falador only, where other npcs are for other locations

It's authentic, but it was done through the items lost death interface that was added in april. And the falador and camelot spawn points required quest completions.

I'd like to add that using the following source is better, cleaner and very accurate. I am very strong on it. As this is what I remember myself and was invested in the white knights line.

This avoids dessert treasure II and slight differences from osrs page linked.

One can use the latest 2026 version from the official wiki but you'd have to ignore the 2024 April and 2025 anniversary updates.
