[Bug]: `NaN%` & `NaN undefined` in graphs

Summary

When a cluster data point is missing, formatted values are displayed as NaNs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to /layout
2. Delete a cluster
3. Quickly go to /stats

Expected Behavior

Not displaying anything if the data point is missing
