Contact is immutable now. Adapters come from the Hive CE annotation instead of @HiveType / hive_generator.

Contacts was still on hive / hive_generator with a mutable HiveType model.
This moves it to hive_ce, an immutable Contact, and GenerateAdapters. dart analyze lib is clean.
I left the other samples alone. todo still uses HiveType and HiveObject if you want that next.
