PyPI release for emb-explorer #27
Description
emb-explorer currently requires cloning the repo and running uv pip install -e . for installation
The installation process can be simplified if the package is "pip-installable". Following the Imageomics guide discussion, a release also ties together PyPI, GitHub, Zenodo, and citation metadata.

We needgpu-saturatorreleased first, so that's a blocker (noting this after looking at #35).No longer required after PR #41.

Archive the existing tests. Identify testable modules in the shared backend utilities. Introduce some new test classes.
