Declare EigenLua in the consumer_acceptance inventory #1658
EigenLua (a private repo, the guest-language rung 1) runs on the EigenScript runtime but is not declared in the consumer_acceptance inventory: 16 consumers are declared, 17 are real. A release cut therefore does not check it.
Done when
EigenLua is in the consumer_acceptance inventory with its real CI command (tests/run.sh plus tools/grade.sh), and a release cut runs it.
