feat: one folder view, and a way back from the upload screen - #305
Conversation
The Back arrow moves into a shared PageBack, used by the tag editor and now the upload screen. Upload goes back where it was started; reached by a full load, it goes to the folder it files into, or home when it files into none. Signed-off-by: InstaZDLL <github.105mh@8shield.net>
The Folders page drew the disk tree beside the filed one, and a file uploaded into a folder showed there and in Received at once: true twice, read as the file manager contradicting itself. The page now draws the filed tree only, where a track has one place, its folder or Unfiled. The disk tree route stays, unchanged, for other clients; its client code, the view switch and their translations go. RFC-012 records why under decision 1. … Unfiled The note about folders existing only in WaveFlow showed on every view, so a folder repeated what Unfiled said. It now shows at the root only; Unfiled says what it is and, to those who may file, how to file a track from its menu. The root's folders were drawn beside the unfiled tracks as drop targets and read as folders inside Unfiled; they are gone, and dragging a track works between a folder and its sub-folders. …cepted drop The page stays mounted when only ?folder= changes, so an open Rename followed the visitor into another folder and would have renamed it with the old name, and a New folder opened at the root would have created one from Unfiled. The form and the notice now name the folder they were opened in and show only there; a delete still reports in the parent it lands in. A drop the target accepted is now always the page's: a folder dropped onto itself or beneath is ignored instead of left to the browser's default. Signed-off-by: InstaZDLL <github.105mh@8shield.net>
The two commits that reached
fix/folder-picker-spacingafter #304 was merged, rebased onmain. One folder view: the filed folders
The page drew the disk tree (#301) beside the filed one (#302). A file uploaded into the folder Test then showed in Test under Filed and in Received under On disk. Both were true, and the owner read it as the file manager contradicting itself.
The Folders page now draws the filed tree only. A track has one place there: its folder, or Unfiled.
pages/folders-page.tsxis the filed view, moved fromcomponents/filed-folders.tsxwithgit mv. The view switch and the disk view are gone, and the root is titled Folders./folderstakes?folder=only: empty for the root, unfiled, or a folder id. Links, the delete redirect and the upload screen's way back follow.getDiskTree, diskTreeQuery, the disk types,RECEIVED_FOLDER,SongTable'scaptions, the view-switch style, and 8 translation keys per language.GET /libraries/{id}/treekeeps its contract for any client that wants it.A way back from the upload screen
The Back arrow from #304 becomes a shared
PageBack, used by the tag editor and now the upload screen. It goes back to wherever the page was opened from, using the router's history. Reached by a full load, with nothing behind it, the upload screen goes to the folder it files into, or home when it files into none.Tests

The Playwright filing test now drags a row onto a sub-folder inside a folder. It fails if the cards come back in Unfiled, and fails if the root note shows inside a folder. Both were checked on builds that compile.
Validation: lint,
tsc, 190 unit tests, build, and Playwright 186 passed.
