You need to have make installed on your computer. Then, run
cd wasm-worklet
mkdir build
make
If everything goes well, pass-through.wasmmodule.js should appear in build. Do not try to read this file, it is written as a single line by emcc (altough you can change that with other compiler flags if needed). With the chosen compile flag, the binary web assembly file is directly embedded in the js file. If needed, you can also get it seprately with other compile flags.
Once the wasm worklet is built, you can run the example node version using the following commands (with npm available in your computer):
cd node
npm install
node node-example.js
You should hear a sine oscillator going through the passthrough wasm node.
The audio chain can also be started in a served webpage. You can try that by running npx serve at the base directory. For this to work, you need to click on the localhost link. If not using localhost, then an https server must be used instead, in order for the was worklet loading to work.
