Spec-only. Defines the optional, feature-gated pktflow-contrib extension crate and its protocol taxonomy: 13 sub-tasks, 37 Tier-1 protocols with full Goal/Specification/Acceptance entries, and ~45 Tier-2 stub rows — application-layer-heavy (remote access, databases, messaging/IoT, media/ P2P, storage, enterprise services, VoIP) with deliberate flavours from every layer (SLL entry framing, MACsec/ERSPAN/PROFINET/EtherCAT/GOOSE at L2, IPX at L3, DTLS/BFD in between). Governance: adds FR-32 to the PRD and D16 (contrib boundary: stdlib disjointness, opt-in compilation, claim precedence, one registration list per crate) to DECISIONS.md; spec index gains the task-12 row and graph edge, and its stale D1–D10 range now reads D1–D16. just ci green (spec-only change; no crate code touched). Spec-only follow-up deepening task 12 toward modern client and data-centre traffic: - 12.14 Data-centre fabric & RPC: RoCEv2, SunRPC/portmapper (the other half of 11.9's D15 note), HAProxy PROXY protocol (probe-only prefix), GRETAP/NVGRE substrate; T2: Thrift, OVSDB, ES transport, Serf, Aeron, iWARP MPA, FCIP. - 12.15 Observability pipelines: StatsD, Graphite plaintext, Zabbix; T2: collectd, Fluentd forward, Riemann, NSCA, OTLP/Prometheus notes. - 12.16 Gaming & consumer realtime: Valve Source A2S, Minecraft Java (handshake/SLP/login to the D12 encryption boundary); T2: RakNet/ Bedrock, ENet, Zoom, Discord voice, WebRTC-composition row. - 12.10: NVMe/TCP promoted from Tier 2 to a full Tier-1 entry (ICReq probe covers the contested 8009 discovery port). - Tier-2 additions across 12.4/12.7/12.8/12.9/12.11: DoQ, NTS, MySQL X, SQL Browser, CockroachDB/TiDB wire-compat note, Pulsar, NSQ, RabbitMQ Stream, CASTv2, AirPlay, Syncthing discovery, BT-LSD, AJP13, FastCGI. - Bookkeeping: 12.1 feature table (+fabric/observability/gaming), task README checklist, spec index row, FR-32 domain list. Tier 1 now 44 protocols across 15 domains; ~75 Tier-2 rows. just ci green from the prior run; no crate code touched since.
