Most of the internals have been reimplemented in order to significantly speed up sampling and reduce allocations.
The entire user facing interface has been adjusted, however this includes only 2 structs and 1 function and should be easy to adjust to.
The package has been migrated to the JuliaStats organization for futureproofing.
Some general housekeeping in the [compat] section.
Breaking changes
All struct/function signatures have been changed slightly. Among other changes, an Objective struct now holds the objective function and its derivative which allows the user to specify a custom derivative or rely on any AD-backend supported by DifferentiationInterface.jl.
