カスタムキーボード一覧の書き出し／読み込みメニューが、辞書操作と区別できる専用文言を使うようにします。

• カスタムキーボード用の日本語／英語リソースを追加
• メニュー項目を専用リソースへ変更
• メニューとリソースの対応テストを追加

Summary

Uses dedicated labels for custom-keyboard export/import actions so they are not confused with dictionary backup actions.

• Adds Japanese and English custom-keyboard strings
• Points the menu items to the dedicated resources
• Adds a resource/menu mapping test
