• 未入力時の変換欄の高さに、縦画面・横画面別のリセット用デフォルト値を追加
• リセット、現在の高さのデフォルト登録、アプリ初期値への復元に対応
• デフォルト設定画面に未入力時の高さ入力欄を追加
• 関連するユニットテストを追加
