Add record_loader and nsf_helpers for classic and NSF vault caches, wire export and extend to load/create records in nested shared folders, and add unit tests. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Use commands.nested_share_folder.helpers (not nested_share_folder.helpers) and mock create_nsf_subfolder in the process_folders test. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
